The Mandt System training

The Mandt System is a holistic, evidence-based training to reduce workplace violence. Join us for a one-day training course with Facilitator Vickie Petrie.
Learning objectives are to:
- Recognize early signs of escalation
- Use communication and body language effectively
- Practice relationship-based intervention
- Support emotional and behavioural needs

Cost is $100. Participants receive a Mandt Manual and Certificate of Completion.
