We take a collaborative approach to our work throughout Kings and Annapolis counties and value being connected with the labour market needs from a job seeker perspective and from an employer perspective.
For many individuals, volunteer work is an important piece of their career development journey. Many of our programs have included 4-9 week work terms and we have connected participants with industries such as agricultural, food service, retail, construction, and health care to gain valuable on-the-job experience.
