This free, full-day group workshop encourages Nova Scotia Works clients to explore career options with greater clarity and confidence. It offers practical support for anyone unsure about their next step, thinking about a job change, or just starting to plan their career.

A certified Career Development Practitioner will guide three personality and career assessments to help participants better understand their interests, strengths, values and the types of work that may suit them. The session explores current labour market trends using reliable, up-to-date information. This is a helpful and supportive workshop for anyone looking for direction in their job or career path.
