The Career Exploration workshop is designed to assist you in making sound, informed decisions about your career direction. This workshop considers your desired work-life balance as well as your skills, interests, abilities, traits and characteristics. Three personality assessments are completed, which suggest jobs that may be suited to you based on how you answered the questions. We explore labour market using evidence based materials and resources. Networking, gathering information and decision making are also discussed. This is a beneficial workshop for anyone unsure of what they want to do for a job or career, who wants to confirm that the career path they are thinking of is the right one for them, or for people considering a career change.
