Career Exploration Workshop at PeopleWorx Society
We offer a facilitated workshop designed to support individuals in making informed decisions about their career direction. Led by a Certified Career Development Professional, the session explores a range of factors that influence career decisions and helps participants consider all the important pieces, including work-life balance preferences, skills, interests, abilities, and the current labour market.
Participants are offered three personality inventories, which provide insight into potential career paths aligned with their personal attributes. The workshop also includes an overview of the current labour market using evidence-based resources, and key topics such as networking, information gathering, and decision-making strategies.
This workshop is particularly beneficial for individuals who are uncertain about their career goals, those seeking confirmation of a chosen path or those considering a career transition.
